R215 for a set Menu:


Platter consisting of:

• Crumpets with crème fraiche, bacon, maple syrup and micro greens and rose water pearls.
• Mini eggs Florentine with hollandaise sauce.
• Seasonal fruit selection with natural yoghurt.
• Baked black mushrooms with mozzarella, salsa Verde and beetroot shoots.
Main course:

Beef tenderloin served with smoked pea puree, seasonal root vegetables and baked pearl onions and red wine jus.


Pan seared duck breast with Lyonnaise potatoes, mange toute with black cherry sauce.


Spinach and ricotta lasagne on puree of butternut, warm cashew nut vinaigrette and the finest parmesan.

Berry compilation consisting of:

Blue berry Cheese cake with dipped strawberries, raspberries, Chantilly cream and dragon fruit ice cream.
